The full circle of life starts with a child being born, a family becoming eternally bonded through offspring. It seems that the first child brings so much change, but also so much joy, that the desire to have more purpose and to grow as a family increasingly continues. Elder Neil L. Anderson of the Quorom of the Twelve Apostles stated:
“I testify of the great blessing of children and of the happiness they will bring us in this life and in the eternities.”
Blood artist, Trevin Prince, has captured this moment in a joint blood painting with the O+ contribution from all three individuals. It is one distinctly unique way to visually capture this loving relationship. This value of family needs to be shared with more purpose of heart by all in order to help this world better understand and appreciate our eternal nature of family and the blessings it brings. This great artist is doing just that and it inspires the rest of us.
How can you share the value of family through what you do everyday?
Trevin Prince is one of my favorite people. Using his own blood on Plexiglas, he is able to capture the human form like no other modern contemporary artist. Knowing that the human body is the most beautiful creation, he represents it true to its realistic form.
By using a layering technique he personally developed over years of trial and error, he’s able to capture tones and curves of a figure in a partially three dimensional piece. I especially like the detail he provides in the hair and eyes of his models. Check out this work “Lament” and many others at trevinprince.com or follow my Recommended Link: TREVIN PRINCE Bloodworks.
This is one of the most adorable things I’ve seen. Who can’t love that?
This is such a sweet video. I’m starting to sing this song to my son at night when I get him ready for bed. Please share with others…giving will bring us joy.

With our new little boy coming into our lives this past year, the generations photos certainly came out. But I like this idea better.
Isn’t this darling? You just want to say, “Aww…”
